Please know that Flyerr takes violations of our Community Guidelines seriously. If reports indicate a breach of these Guidelines, our team may take actions such as content removal, cancellation of posted jobs or offers, or the suspension of your account and job contracts. We are dedicated to maintaining a positive and respectful community for all our members.

1. Job posting guidelines

Here at Flyerr, we're all about helping you achieve more. To ensure a secure, respectful, and fulfilling environment, please adhere to the following guidelines when posting jobs:

A. Clarity while posting a request:

To ensure smooth and effective task completion on Flyerr, we encourage all users to provide clear and concise details when posting a request for a service. This includes specifying the scope of the job, the estimated time required, and an accurate budget.

Job scope: When posting a request for a service, outline the exact details of what you need. Be as specific as possible, explaining the nature and specifics of the job. The more precise you are in describing the scope of your request, the better-equipped Flyerr partners will be to understand and fulfil your needs.

Time: Accurately estimate the time required to complete the job. Whether it's a one-hour job or a week-long project, providing a realistic timeframe allows Flyerr partners to plan accordingly and ensure timely delivery of your request.

Budget: Setting a clear budget for your job is important. This not only helps Flyerr partners understand the value you place on the service but also assists them in deciding whether they can meet your expectations within the specified budget. A transparent budget reduces the likelihood of misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are on the same page.

 

B. No Escort or Adult Services:

Flyerr is committed to maintaining a respectful and family-friendly platform. Therefore, the posting of escort or adult services is strictly prohibited. This includes jobs or comments that are obscene or sexually explicit in nature. Our community values respect and appropriateness, and we kindly ask all members to refrain from requesting or providing such services on our platform.

 

C. Legal Jobs and Services Only: Flyerr is dedicated to creating a safe and respectful environment for all users. We strictly enforce that only legal jobs and services can be requested or provided on our platform. This means that any job or task posted must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws. We appreciate your commitment to maintaining the integrity of our community by ensuring that all activities on Flyerr are lawful and in compliance with the highest ethical standards. Thank you for being a responsible and law-abiding member of the Flyerr family.

 

D. Prohibited Items List: At Flyerr, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. To maintain a secure and respectful environment for everyone, we strictly prohibit the request or provision of any items or services that are related to weapons, illegal activities, or anything that may lead to criminal actions. Additionally, we strictly prohibit any requests concerning drugs, including prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia. Not only do these activities carry significant legal consequences, but they also go against the principles and values that Flyerr upholds.

E. Job-Based Posts:

To ensure a secure and trustworthy environment, Flyerr requires that all quotes and financial transactions for tasks must be conducted within the Flyerr platform. Posting jobs that request quotes or payments to be made outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

Example: Oliver posts a job requesting a handyman service for home repairs but insists that all quotes and payments should be communicated and processed via email or external payment service. This request violates the community guideline, as it attempts to bypass the secure framework of Flyerr and potentially exposes users to risks associated with off-platform transactions. Flyerr promotes safety and transparency, so all quotes and payments should occur within the application.

Flyerr does not permit the posting of jobs related to academic work. This includes requests for completing assignments, writing essays, or any other activities that could compromise the educational process.

Example: William attempted to post a job asking for assistance in completing his college essay on a specific topic. Such requests for academic work compromise the educational process and could lead to academic dishonesty. Flyerr encourages learning and growth through legitimate means and, therefore, prohibits tasks related to academic work.

Flyerr is dedicated to fostering an honest and ethical community where all members can trust one another. As such, we strictly prohibit the posting of jobs or tasks that request deceitful or cheating acts. These activities undermine the integrity of our platform and are not aligned with our values of fairness and transparency.

Example: Emily posts a job request to hire someone to impersonate her on social media and spread false information about a competitor's business. This request aims to deceive potential customers and unfairly harm a competitor's reputation. Such actions not only violate our community guidelines but are also unethical and potentially illegal. At Flyerr, we promote integrity and honesty, and requests for deceitful or cheating acts are strictly forbidden.

F. No Alcohol-Related Jobs: To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, Flyerr strictly prohibits any offers, buying, selling, delivery, or permit sale related to alcohol. This includes alcohol sales, trades, or any activities related to the exchange of alcoholic beverages. We value the responsible use of alcohol and seek to maintain a platform free from such transactions.

Example: David posts a task on Flyerr to purchase a case of wine and requests offers from potential sellers. This would violate our community guidelines as it involves the buying and selling of alcoholic beverages. Flyerr does not support such transactions, as they pose potential legal and safety concerns.

G. No Advertising: Flyerr strictly prohibits job postings and advertisements unrelated to jobs. Our platform is designed to connect people who need services with those who can provide them, and any content that diverges from this purpose is not allowed.

Example: Catherine creates a post on Flyerr advertising her car for sale. This goes against our community guidelines as it is not a service-related task but rather an attempt to use Flyerr for general advertising

 

2. Unsupported practices

At Flyerr, we're committed to bringing communities together however this requires your support and cooperation. We do not support the following activities within our Flyerr community, as it jeopardizes the creation of a fair, transparent, and trustworthy environment:

• 2.1 Fraudulent Flyerr reviews

• 2.2 Artificially improving public profile

• 2.3 Discussion forum

• 2.4 Harvesting member information

• 2.5 Lead generation

• 2.6 Posting spam jobs

 

3. Publicly sharing private information

To maintain the integrity and authenticity of Flyerr, our members can only share private contact information once an offer is awarded.

To protect your safety and security, disclosure of private contact details or 3rd party links are not allowed to be shared in any public areas of the site including any comments and attachments. This includes, but is not limited to, business websites, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, personal emails, phone numbers, addresses or personal websites. This is for the purpose of your safety and privacy and to prevent spam

4. Unacceptable behaviours

​

Community is at the heart of what we do at Flyerr. Courtesy, mutual respect, and seeing things from another person's perspective is essential. At Flyerr, we do not tolerate the following negative behaviours against other members of the Flyerr Community or Flyerr Staff:

• 4.1 Hatred or violence

• 4.2 Discrimination

• 4.3 Harassment

• 4.4 Illegal behaviours

• 4.5 Trolling

 

5. Pricing and payments

​

To ensure a safe and rewarding environment for all members of the Flyerr community, it's important to understand how pricing and payments work.

• No partial payments

  Any offers made on your Job should be for the full scope of the job. When you accept an offer, that is the final amount that you're obligated to pay and there are no additional fees. Jobs offering partial payment, including sales and commission-based jobs, are not permitted and will be moderated and/or removed.

• Flyerr Payment Account

  Cash payments are not supported on the Flyerr platform. When an offer is accepted, you will need to add funds to the job, which are securely held in a Flyerr Payment Account until the job is completed. The Flyerr Payment Account ensures your funds are held safely until the job is finalized.

• Accurate banking details

  To provide seamless transaction of funds to your Flyerr partner, please ensure your credit or debit card details are valid and up to date in your Payment Settings.

• Payment with VISA or Mastercard

  All jobs must be remunerated via credit or debit Mastercard or VISA card. Cash or cash equivalent payments are not supported.

 

6. Accountability for job outcomes

​

When you accept a Flyerr partners offer on your job, you and the Flyerr remain accountable for your behaviour on the Flyerr platform and the outcome of the job.

Your responsibilities include:

• 6.1.The experience you provide for other members

  Requestors must not repetitively provide poor experiences for other members of the Flyerr Community.

  We remind you that where Flyerr receives reports that you have breached any of these Guidelines, we may take action to remove any content or cancel or suspend your account and/or any job contracts.

7. Account Eligibility

​

We know you're eager to set up an account and get started on Flyerr, but we need you to make sure you qualify for the below:

• 7.1 18 years or older

  All members of the Flyerr community must be 18 years or older. This is a legal requirement as people under the age of 18 are not able to enter a legal contract with Flyerr. Flyerr reserves the right to request proof of age should this be necessary.

8. Account administration

​

Now that you understand a little more about Flyerr, we have some important information regarding accounts.

• 8.1 No account transfers

  Your account is your responsibility and you must maintain control of it. It must not be transferred to another person as your account and reviews reflect your skills and abilities.

• 8.2 No duplicate accounts

  Members may only have a single, active account on the platform. As your account reflects your reputation in the marketplace and represents your skills and abilities, any duplicate accounts attempting to disguise a member's history will be removed immediately. This means that all content posted by additional accounts will be removed and any associated job contracts will be cancelled.

• 8.3 Cooperating with other members of the Flyerr Community and Flyerr Staff

  Where members of the Flyerr Community or Flyerr Staff reach out to request information, both Requestors and Flyerr partners are required to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Identity on Flyerr

​

Flyerr is committed to building a community platform that is a positive and safe environment for all. This commitment is grounded in the principles of transparency and respect. To help foster trust in the community, all members are required to have a profile photo and name that accurately identifies them.

Fake/ miscellaneous photos & names are not permitted on the Flyerr platform. Members who do not have an accurate profile photo or name that meets Flyerr standards will be asked to change their details.

 

10. Flyerr profile standards

• 10.1 Name

  Your real name as confirmed by your identification documents (passport, driver's licence, etc).

• 10..2 Profile photo

  A clear front-on profile photo of a member's face, so it’s easily recognizable to other members.
